I have downloaded some ebooks off some bitTorrents and their pages are covered with purple/blue lines that go horizontal and vertical.
This makes a very dificult reading and viewing of the files.
Not being able to buy the books (most not even found in my country) i can only see them on pdf documents

Can these lines be removed? How (i am using Acrobat 6.0 Professional)? What software if not the one i am using should i try for this task.
