Topic: Link to send email?

I am using Acrobat 7.0 on a PC. We have a cover page for a rather extensive document and on that cover page I would like to have a link to contact us via email. In other words what I am trying to do is have a user click on a single link and have it open a blank email in Outlook Express that has our email address all ready in it and they just need to fill out the subject and the contents of the email itself. However, I can't seem to figure out a way to do this.
The closest I've come is by using a hyperlink to execute a menu item (file/email). That will open an email, but it attaches the files to the email which we don't want to do. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks.
