I'm using Word 2003 and Acrobat 7.0 Professional, and my Word headers are not displaying in the PDF. The Word headers have page numbers in them. The Word footers are displaying, and they don't have page numbers in them. I wonder if this problem that we're seeing is related to page numbers?

Can someone please help?
