I am experiencing issues with a pdf document that contains a link to a word document. Within that document there a re links to pdf documents as well and they work fine.

The error I receive is the following:

Upon clicking the link, I am prompted to login to our internal website portal with my user name and password. After entering it, a popup come up and reads.... "Error: Nothing done" Error Code - Unknown format.

The pdf document is stored on our intranet portal. What is interesting is that If I access the link to the .doc file from the intranet portal (no login required), the word .doc file opens without an issue.

Please advise if you can provide any insight. If further detail is needed, Please let mek now. Thanks.

It looks like someone posted this topic earlier this year 1/26/06 but I'm not able to find any response.....
