Topic: is it possible to submit form via email and parse at serverside?

I want to submit my pdf via email from adobe acrobat reader 5 or older. My so far knowledge and understanding tells that it can't be submitted but can email pdf form from those versions of reader. Is it correct?

If yes then please also guide me that how can i parse pdf document at server side in order to save form fields in database. i m trying to avoid fdf. is it possible? please guide me which solution is appropriate.
