When I send PDFs to coworkers to print from their printers, they complain of black stripes, or black boxes behind images or text, or of parts of images that are duplicated, etc. If it makes a difference, the files contain color, pictures, and sometimes text effects like drop shadows--usually nothing fancier. I create the PDFs by using InDesign's EXPORT>High quality print setting.
What am I doing wrong?
