Actually this is a misinformation.

PDFTron PDF Viewers and PDFNet SDK (http://www.pdftron.com/net/) support viewing PDF form fields for many years (i.e. since version 1.5).

To enable form field (and other annoatation) rendering you only need to call pdfview.SetDrawAnnotations(true) after creating PDFView or PDFDraw class. The newer versions of the SDK automatically set this property, so you don't need to do anything.
