Hello Guys - I'm new to this forum and have a question regarding securing my PDF files.

I research and sell sports address lists to sports teams, colleges looking to stay in touch with their alumni and memorabilia collectors seeking athletes autographs and up until now have been using printed lists. Beginning June I would like to begin to deliver PDF lists by email but I have to secure them.

I can secure the PDF files from being printed, parts of the file from being copied or changed. That's not the problem. I need to make sure that when the delivery of the file is made, attached to an email, that the ENTIRE file can't be copied or forwarded to someone else by email so it can be distributed at will.

Can someone point me in the right direction please? Thank you for any help offered in advance.

Best always,

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
