I create forms, enable usage rights for Adobe Reader and put them on a network share for multiple (8) users to modify and save their changes. Often, the forms get into a state where no one can save changes (gives them an error) to it except me. To "unlock" it, I just save a copy, re-enable usage rights and it is unlocked again. Any ideas why this happens.....and happens often? Not every file gets locked, but a majority of them will before every one has had a chance to make and save their changes? Thanks in advance!
