What am I missing? I am on Acrobat 8 Pro. If I highlight various (i.e., non-consecutive) thumbnail renditions within the "Pages" pane and set my page range so as to include the marked or highlighted pages, I wind up extracting all pages within the selected range. Acrobat 8 Pro seems to ignore the fact that I have selected various non-consecutive pages.

Can you clarify the solution, as I have been interested in this myself.
