Hi All

I am reviewing an 1800 page legal document. It was scanned from paper and I've processed the text with OCR. Nearly every page has a short comment. I've tried using the "print" comment function, but that gives me ~ 1700 pages of comments and most of the pages are nearly blank since the comments are just a sentence or two.

1. Is is possible to inline print the comments so more than one comment appears on a printed sheet? (Kind of like how the commenting window appears in Acrobat.)

2. Is it possible to export comments to Excel with the fields such as user, note, date and the comment in separate fields? Or maybe just the comment field?

3. Are there any plug in's that do this?

Thanks for any help you can provide

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
