I can’t create PDFs from a Word doc, whether from Print (with word doc open) or from Acrobat Standard (without word doc open).
I can create PDFs of EXCEL files.
I can’t create PDFs from multiple files when including Word doc.
It used to work periodically, now not at all.
I’ve uninstalled & re-installed many times.
Anyone else have this problem?
