When filled out and sent, SOME people get either no response to pressing the SEND or either of the following two messages:

Unable to open the file for writing. It may be locked or unavailable.

The document could not be saved, it is already open or used by another application.

In the second case, I know Microsoft Outlook was involved. Found something about Acrobat 6.0.1 fixing the issue of "sending reviews" to Microsoft Outlook, Upgraded to 6.0.5 (Mac). Redistilled another form with a similar problem; awaiting response from those who experienced problems with the other form, too.
