Topic: Error message 110

I had Adobe Reader 7.03 and Acrobat 6.0 Professional installed on my computer and everything worked fine. I kept being prompted to upgrade to reader 7.09, so I finally gave in and did it. Now, files that I had received via email can no longer be read and I get the error message 110. I uninstalled both programs and reinstalled just Acrobat 6.0. I still get the same message. The interesting part is that I can still open pdf files that I created from word documents. Adobe was no help because they no longer support 6.0 and they just wanted me to upgrade.

Any ideas?
