Hello,
I have a real strange one here. I use QuarkXPress 6.5 for layout and place EPS files created with Illustrator 10 within these report documents. I then export to PDF from QuarkXPress to create PDFs to distribute to clients. A few of our clients have problems with garbled text in these PDFs, on the screen and when printing. The latest user to have the issue is using Windows 2000. The problem comes and goes. I would assume there is some sort of font conflict going on, but this does not occur on 99% of machines that use these PDFs. It is rare and fairly transitory, but those who have the problem can almost always recreate it with a bit of jumping around in the PDFs. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
