Topic: how to create hot folder to create pdf from quark

Is it possible to create a hot folder that I can drop 2-page spread quark
docs on that will generate pdf files for me? With the possibility of up to 30
or more files a day that need to be saved to pdf, it would be nice to not
have to open files up and export to pdf each time.

If so, does anyone know where I can find info on how to create a hot folder
to do this? I've used hot folders to print before, but don't know how they
were created.

(using quark 6.5, acrobat 7 pro on mac osX platform)

thanks to anyone who can help!

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
