Topic: Interfacing to embedded Acrobat doc from JS in Web page

Hi,

I am a newbie in scripting Acrobat documents and would like to ask if it is possible to interface to an embedded PDF doc from a script in a web page, like you can do with the Flash plug-in.

Many of the three-year-old posts in this forum suggest this is not possible but have seen have seen an example at http://www.windjack.com/WindJack/Browser2PDF/brwsr2acroJS.htm, which is IE specific, I'm afraid.

So, I am wondering if Acrobat 8 supports this by now and to what extent, which platforms, etc. I would appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction, i.e. links to examples and/or existing documentation.

Thank you in advance.
