I have set up an OLEDB database using an excel spreadsheet to house the data and I have connected the spreadsheet fields to the corresponding fields in the PDF. That is all working fine – when I open the PDF all the information comes in. However, if I have 50 lines of information in my spreadsheet – I get 50 pages of documents in my PDF.
I would like to be able to pick one field – like an account number – and select that account number and only have that one line of the spreadsheet come into my PDF. I haven’t been able to figure out how to do this and any information would be greatly appreciated. I am using Adobe Professional 7 and Excel 2003.
