Topic: How to remove profane name on PDF doc?

I have a 28,000 page corporate PDF document. Someone decided to add a profane/inappropriate name and website to every other page in the document.

The name/website appears as light gray text in the lower left-hand corner of every other page. I can select the text and delete it using the "touch up object tool," but I can't sit and do 14,000 pages!

It is very important that I get this removed before someone else views this document. The original creator of the document did not add security to the document. If I can get this removed, I will add password security to prevent future pranks.

I am not familiar with adding these types of comments, so I do not know how to remove them. If anyone could assist me, I would be indebted to you [and it would save me a lot of trouble and potential embarrassment].

Thank you.

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
