Hi,
I was hoping someone knows a script or piece of software that might do the following:
1. By using a web page with a form I need to up load my company logo and address information.
2. that information should be placed in an existing pdf in a predefined space
3. after I press the submit button on the web page, the server should automatically create a new pdf (combined old pdf + logo + address info)
4. the server should be able to have me download the new pdf or mail it to me.

Does anyone know of such a script/application, or maybe point me in the right direction?

Thanks for your help!
Floris
