Hi All,

I have a situation with two customers unable to open pdf documents supplied to them.

What has been done to test the pdf files:
-Same pdf files (transferred via email and using memory key) have been tested on other PC machines and open no problem.

- variety of applications used to creating the problematic PDF files (MYOB accounting, creative suite indesign and microsoft Excel)

- customers who are having this issues have previously received and had no problems with pdfs from me

error message they see appears to be same in all cases
"There was an error opening this document. There was a problem reading this document (14)"

I'm out of ideas and being a design studio - use pdf proofs as a primary means to present artwork proofs to all my clients - so any help will be greatly appreciated.
