Ok, before I pull my hair out, I'm just going to ask this friendly community about my problem with PDF's. Please help me out, as I'm on a deadline...

I designed a brochure with layers, pictures, boxes and text in photoshop. It looks sharp and crisp... so I need to package it all up into a clean PDF, where I can put links and buttons, etc. This is where I encounter problems...

First, I flattened the image, saved as a jpg. and just like they advertise - 1 click and you have a professional looking .PDF file! Wrong. I could barely read the text is was so blurry... along with all the photos and boxes, etc...

So then I decided to NOT flatten it, leave the text as text, and just save the whole .PSD file as a .PDF. Then I opened up my spiffy new .PDF file and.... the text was clear, but the photos and boxes were all extremely blurry!!!

Why does it do that? Is there a setting I'm missing?? When I open the .PDF in photoshop, it still looks clean and crisp... but when I open it in Acrobat - BAM! Blurry and pixelated.

What am I doing wrong? Please help as soon as you can... thanks in advance,

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
