Topic: PDF document shrinkage from MS Word

When I save an MS Word doc to a pdf file for distribution, I get substantial shrinkage in the size of the fonts, a slight increase in the size of the margins, etc. All in all, the text is much smaller for my reader if I send them a pdf rather than sending them an MS Word doc printout.

I get this whether I "print" the file to the "Adobe PDF" printer driver, or whether I use the "Convert to Adobe PDF" button on the MS Word toolbar. (Software versions are Adobe Acrobat Profession v6.0.6 and MS Word 2003.)

What gives? Is there any way I can get around this?

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
