Hi, I tried to make the topic as concise as possible, so please excuse the 'weird' description.

I am very new to making PDFs. I am converting an 8 page brochure I created in Illustrator. (CS2) the brochure itself is A3 size folded to a A4 finish. I think I'm getting the file size down OK, especially now that I've reduced it to half the size for web viewing (there are some very large pictures in this).

Main problem right now is that all the lower case 'L' s look completely different to all the other text - ie. sort of big, bulky vertical lines in the larger text, and skinny, barely there vertical lines in the content text, which is smaller.

Is there some setting I'm getting very very wrong????

your advice is eagerly awaited!!!!!
