I have been put in charge of modifying some 200+ fillable PDF files that someone else created a couple of years ago, who since left more than a year ago. His PC was long ago formated, so any tools are gone.
When trying to use the touchup text tool in Adobe Professional 7, I get the following message when trying to change text:
"All or part of the selection has no available system font. You cannot add of delete text using the currently selected font."
So, I right click the selected text, and change the font to arial of anything else and get following message:
"The change to a different font was not done because the chosen font and the font encodings in the document differ and could not be resolved."
In the documents properties under fonts I see 11 fonts, 10 of the 11 look similar the the following with different number subfixs:
What do I need to do to change these documents.
Do I need to buy the embedded fonts?
