Hey All,

Problem 1:

I have a PDF that I am creating using Live Cycle Design. I have two radio buttons at the top of my PDF (New user, and Current user). I also have text boxes below these for user input. Now my problem is that I have standard data that I need if the "New user" button is selected so I've set certain text area as non-optional/required. Now if the second button "Current User" is selected I need the form to change certain text areas to optional and gray-out these areas to show the user that it is not a required field.

Problem 2:

If the user selects the "New User" button and does not fill in all of the required fields the form will highlight these in red boxed, (would love to change this to asterisk). When the user then goes back is there a way to remove the red box once it contains data on these lines before attempting to submit the form again? May seem silly but I work with some shall I say sensitive users.

Any help with this would be great!

Thanks in advance guys!!

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
