I installed Nitro PDF about one year ago. it worked fine until I down loaded Abode about 7 months ago and Nitro PDF has not worked since. I have un-installed both Abode and Nitro. I have installed again Nitro PDF Professional and have down loaded the a upgrade. When I try to download a PDF document from ANY website, all I get is a 'done' statement and a blank page with the hyperlink at the bottom of the page as a footer. I have referred by AOL to Dell who referred me to Nitro PDF and all say it is not their problem. Could some one please advise?
