I got a pdf file from someone (I didn't created it). I noticed that it was created from several images (5 images vertically)..

So when I click on any part of the whole picture, the software shows me gray on part of the whole picture which is the small image ( 1 of the five)..

I hope you understand my file structure now..

What I need is to group the several images into one pdf image. So when I click on it I will get gray on whole of it..
