Thanks to some help from this forum I now have Adobe Acrobat Capture 3.0 Personal and have written a systray app to sit and watch for the PDF to be created and then catalog and index the archive. I'm pretty much happy with the result.

We may end up purchasing the unlimited version but for the moment I can't find any information on how to determine what the usb dongle count is and what it counts.

Does it count only finished PDFs?

If I am sending my document to a workflow which creates multiple PDFs and then the workflow combines these into one PDF does that count as one or the page count + the final version?

Can I look somewhere to see the remaining count in the dongle?
