Topic: overlapping text when creating a PDF in acrobat 8 from indesign

I've created a brochure using Indesign CS3 and some pages in illustrator. When I create a PDF combining these files in acrobat professional 8 some of the Indesign pages texts (headers only) go all weird and the letters overlap. This constantly changes (one page is fine the I look at it again later and then the text in overlapping too). The illustrator files are fine. And this problem doesnít appear on my acrobat but it does when I view it on acrobat 5 and 6. Could it be that something isnít compatible? Although I have tried combining the files on acrobat 6 and the same thing happened.
