Hi,
Ok so here goes, i am about to pull my hair out. (already check most posts and could not find an answer)

I am trying to create a simple form. meaning i want to create a PDF file with text boxes so people can fill in fields i need them to, then save it and send it back to me.
just simple things like name, date of birth, address and so on.
I have the full CS2 premium edition and wow is it complicated (or i am just stupid)

I ma ok creating stunning PDF files, but am struggling a lot with creating a form.

can anyone please help me or point me in the right direction?
thank you
Jason
