Hi, I'm fairly new to Adobe Acrobat, but I need to use it for my office. We're currently trying to figure out whether or not we are able to insert text into a PDF file as well as edit and/or format the text.
Right now, all I am able to do is use the TouchUp Text Tool, which doesn't give me many options in regards to formatting my text nor adding extra text without having the section of text go all funky (it moves off the page, etc.).
I also tried using the Text Field Tool, which lets me specify where and how large a text box I want to create, but it limits my formatting capabilities (i.e., I can't bold something without having to bold all the text -- which has to be placed under the Properties > Options > Default Value box).
It's all just getting more and more complicated to format my PDF file in the way I want it to be, and I cannot use the Word file that I originally used to convert my PDF file.
Am I out of luck, or am I completely overlooking a tool that would be my savior? Please help! Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. :) Thank you!
