I have a Word document with contents and table lists (created with styles) and endnotes (appearing at the ends of sections/chapters). All of the links work appropriately in the Word document.
A PDF was created from this document. The appropriate bookmarks were created (by Acrobat) and work, the links from the contents and table lists work; however, when I "click" on the endnote superscripts in the text, they take me to the end of the document rather than to the correct places at the ends of the chapters/sections.
This is the first time this has happened to me, although in the past I have put my endnotes all in one place at the end of my documents.
What's wrong?
