I have some saved web pages which I am trying to print to PDF files using Adobe Acrobat 8. If I try to print it from Acrobat window selecting the option Create PDF file from one file and then select the relevant web page, the document gets printed but it defaults to size letter but in landscape mode i.e. 11x8.5 but I actually want it in portrait mode 8.5 x 11. How do I change this? In all properties etc for the PDF printing options, it is set to portrait mode!

Further, if I open this page in a web browser and then select Print to Adobe PDF from the File menu, I get the print in portrait mode but the text appears smaller in size.

So why the 2 different behaviors with the same document? I would like to print through Acrobat selecting Create PDF from one file in portrait format. Can anyone help me resolve this? Also how to print say in Legal size(8.5 x 14) instead of Letter if I need to? There is no page set up option in the File menu in Acrobat windows. I have gone mad trying to find a solution on my own for last 4 hours:(

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
