Hi
I am looking for a tool which will enable me to change the name of the author of a comment without having to go through the whole rigmarole of opening the Properties box.

What I like to do with a document, is to markup text and then allocate a name relevant to the text in the author tab.

Eg. change the name of the author to damages.

This way you can extract all marked info relating to damages easily. However, tis not easy if you have to spend half of your life opening dialog boxes
