Hello,
I hope someone can help as I am at my wits end trying to sort this.
I have an archive of old documents that have all been saved as PDFs and had a watermark placed across them telling users that the document is not longer in use.
However, these documents will not print. I am convinced it is to do with the watermark. When I attempt to print I am told that the document is 'flattening' - but then told that the document cannot print.
Can anyone help me and give advice as to why a watermark might stop a document from printing? Is it to do with something called 'layers'?
I have tried to fix this using Adobe Help - obviously, it didn't that's why I am here.
Many thanks for any help you can give. I have attached an example of one document that won't print.
