Thank you for your response, but my laundry list of problems is, unfortunately, not what I'm looking to resolve.

We could fix SOME of the problems simply by updating, but we are going away from a PDF model and switching to Pageflex. I really just need to know if anyone has heard of a tool to do that conversion, or at least facilitate it.
