But crazy on some others, especially older systems and especially running preview instead of acrobat to view it.

I've attached the file...does it look weird to you? Any idea what I've done wrong?

I do most work in photoshop -> print, and that's on the side as my primary work is in after effects, so it's quite possible I did something wrong.

I ran preflight to make sure it was compatible with Acrobat 5 and later. No errors came up.
