One of our clients has a problem viewing PDFs using Preview on Mac. We have tried a number of different PDF creation options to no avail. Generally (an this works with every other one of our 80+) clients we create a PDF from InDesign or Illustrator directly, ensuring that all fonts are embedded. Whenever this particular client gets the proof file and opens it in Preview (Mac OS 10.5), some fonts have been substituted and some are missing all together. Please help. It's been going on for months.
