Hello all, Iím really hoping someone can help us here.
We would like to able to create one .PDF file out of multiple print jobs. For example, I print to a PDF creator type printer and a .PDF gets created. Then I print another print job to the PDF printer but instead of creating separate PDF files we need to be able to select the first file created as the destination for the second print job and have the second print job appended to the first PDF file created. Does that make sense?

We just need to have prints jobs from a PDF printer to append each job to one file instead of each print job creating and individual file.

I know there are utilities out there that can merge multiple PDF files into one PDF file but we need this merging to occur as the individual print jobs are done.

Thank you in advance.

Take care.

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
