I am a graphic designer and I create directories for print and for distribution on CD in PDF format. I am looking if I can add Search that would give results much like a Google Search. Something I add and can be distributed on the CD. Directory will have many chapters, each are individual PDFs that are linked.

For example: Say I make a CD for the World Federation of Plumbers, viewer has job in Macon, Georgia and needs to know if there is a pump manufacturer near. I want him to be able to type in a search for "Pumps Mfg., Georgia" and the results would give the entire listing (name, address, tel, etc) for all the pump manufacturers listed in the directory in Georgia.

Can this be done? Does anybody know how?
