I am using jpdfbookmark to add bookmarks to huge
PDFs.

When I attempt to linearize the bookmark'd file using
Acrobat v7, the bookmarks are broken. Specifically;
the bookmarks still appear in the window, but the
goto-page action is stripped.

Any ideas why?
