To All PDF expert,

I created a dot and this is the procedure that I did:

1. Create a line with fill=off and stroke=on
2. Set the stroke width to 2.5 points
3. Set the width and height of the line to zero
4. copy and paste the created dot to create a pattern.

See attached eps file.

When I distilled the said figure in version 7 (sample attached), the output is fine. But when I used version 6 to create the PDF (sample attached), the problem occurs. Is there a bug in version 6 that includes this problem? This is a big problem with us because some of the figures that we received are created that way. Hope anyone can share their thoughts about this error. Thanks in advance
