I am creating an interactive on screen PDF in InDesign CS3. I have done this many times before. The transparency blend space is RGB and all colors and linked Photoshop and Illustrator files are in RGB and all pasted graphics are in RGB.

I export it through a preset that I have created for interactive on screen PDFs. (I have tried "No color conversion" or converting to sRGB). and each time it comes out with some pages bright and RGB with the colors as I would expect and others - most - dull with CMYK-looking colors.

I can't work out what it causing this. I can upload file if anyone's interested.

Can anyone help me, please?
