Topic: Emailing Scanned Documents from Acrobat

I am considering using acrobat in conjunction with a fujitsu scanner to create pdf files and email them to clients. The problem I have is that when selecting "attach to email" from the file menu (once the scanned image has been created) a blank email (I use outlook) pops up with the file attached but I would like a preformatted email template to pop up instead.
Any help would be appreciated.
On a separate topic it would be good to here from someone who has a good working knowledge of acrobat, in conjunction with microsoft dynamics, and may be interested in helping produce some work systems for me dealing with document management for a small company
