Topic: Embedded True Type font not displaying

I have a pdf form with several fields that use a TrueType 3 of 9 barcode font. I've checked and the font is embedded, plus I've even installed it on our servers to be available.

However, some users don't see the barcode, it's changed to another font.

I'm perplexed because it's a hit or miss and I don't even know where to look.

Forms were created in AcroPro 8 and are used in AcroReader 6 and 7.

Thanks for any tips on where I can start looking...
