When I run my pdf through various PDF/A validators they complain that my XMP metadata is invalid / incomplete

Some tools (like Acrobat Preflight) say that my create and modify date are not in sync with my document data.

Other tools (like PDF Longlife Suite) say that my title specification is invalid (simple type instead of rdf:Alt) but when I correct that it says it can't even find the title...

I've attached a skeleton file that I'm experimenting with.

I hope someone can help me clear this up... Thank you.
