I have Acrobat 8.0 and use a Macintosh

Taking into account the space used by Acrobat for the drop-down menus and
functions panel at the top of the screen,
I want to create pages (in InDesign) to be transferred to Acrobat so that
when you open the pages in Acrobat they are
(more or less) full width and contain a finite chunk of information -
whether its titling, text, photos or whatever - which
doesn't require you to scroll down for that last annoying little bit at th
end that doesn't fit on the page!

Following on from that, if it is necessary to scroll (either once or twice
I want to make the proportions of the viewable
page in increments of that first page so that the information can be
designed to fit onto 1, 2 or 3 screen 'jump-scrolls'.

Is there any way of setting it up so that when you import a document it it

will fit to its best advantage with those
'requirements'? Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong place but the manual

doesn't seem to have any information about
