I have a user getting an error while doing the following:

We are now saving pdf's out of Illustrator by only checking
Optimize for fast web viewing (something like that). Then, we take it into Acrobat, go to Document and click Reduce File Size. After leaving at Retain Existing in the drop down menu, it processes my images and then it pops up "An error was encountered while saving the document."
