Topic: Problem with editable forms

Hello,
I developed a series of forms intended for appraisals which involved drop-down lists, date/time fields, print and reset form buttons, text fields and check boxes.
These PDF forms were created in Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional Version 7.0 from MS Word 2003 documents running in an MS Windows XP Professional Version 5.1 2000600 SP3 Build 2000600.

Because of the length and complexity of the PDF form contents, I selected to develop pop-up windows activated when the user places cursor over certain underlined areas of text.

Both forms and comments were saved and functioning well. On a further attempt to edit text and effect changes by accessing the edit fillable form command, I noted that after the form was saved, all comments of pop-up windows were lost.

Anyone has any idea if the problem is known or is in anyway able to suggest a possible solution?

Thanks
Spiros Malandreniotis

PS
In an attempt to penetrate through a possible root cause I right-clicked on the contents of the pop-up windows through properties of the note(s);
Un-ticked the "locked" check-box and saved.
I then proceeded with the revision of the form.
Whilst I repeated that for all forms and managed to view all contents of contained text, when said form is being accessed through a different PC, the pop-up windows are again hidden with the exception of 2 cases out of 13 totally developed for a reason I cannot explain.

Remember that the forms were developed in Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional.
When accessed through this version, pop-up windows seem to work.
All attempts on other PCs running Adobe Acrobat Version 8.0 are unsuccessful.
